1. Information We Collect

Account Data: When you sign in via Firebase Authentication, we collect your email address and display name to create and manage your account.

Match Data: Scoring data, team rosters, player statistics, and tournament details you create are stored locally on your device (SQLite) and optionally synced to Firebase Firestore.

Live Streaming: When you use live streaming, camera and microphone input is transmitted via RTMP to your configured streaming endpoint (e.g., YouTube). We do not store your video or audio.

Device Information: We may collect basic device identifiers for analytics and ad personalization via Google AdMob.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide cricket scoring, statistics tracking, and live streaming functionality
To sync your match data across devices via Firebase Firestore
To authenticate your identity and secure your account
To display relevant advertisements via Google AdMob (free tier)
To improve app performance and user experience

3. Third-Party Services

Score Pro integrates the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

Firebase Authentication & Firestore — account management and cloud data sync (Firebase Privacy)
Google AdMob — advertising for free-tier users (Google Privacy)
API.video — live streaming infrastructure (API.video Privacy)

4. Camera & Microphone

Score Pro requests camera and microphone access only for live streaming functionality. This data is transmitted directly to your configured RTMP endpoint and is not stored, processed, or accessed by us.

5. Data Storage & Security

Match data is stored locally using an encrypted SQLite database
Sensitive data (subscription status, tokens) is stored in the platform keychain (iOS) or encrypted shared preferences (Android)
Cloud data is protected by Firebase Security Rules requiring authentication
All network communication uses HTTPS/TLS encryption

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Your match data remains on your device until you delete it. Cloud-synced data is retained in Firestore while your account is active. You can request complete deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.

7. Children's Privacy

Score Pro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us for removal.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction or deletion of your data
Opt out of personalized advertising (via device settings)
Export your match data from the app
Delete your account and all associated data

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app and on this page with an updated revision date.
